| • 2 kg Beef Meat (Poultry or Fish) • 200 g Melon Seeds grounded • 200 ml Palm Oil • 1 Onion medium size • 300 g Tomatoes Paste • 1 or half tablespoon Chili Powder • 50 g Crayfish grounded 200 g • Bitter Leaves fresh or dried |

Boil Beef meat in a medium size pot, add a little onions, salt and season as desired. |

A new pot on the stove is required, pour Palm oil in. When is hot add onions, tomato paste, pepper, cray fish, melon. Better leave and stir all together. Allow to boil for 10 to 15 minutes. |

Add Beef meat or desired fish, reduce heat, allowe to simmer for 20 minutes. |
